Step 1: Click the link along Payment link: from the Payment Request email you'll receive from Coins.
Step 2: You'll be lead to a new tab on your browser where you may choose from the available payment methods.
Step 3: You may be asked to login to your Coins account to proceed with the payment. Read more on our Help Center article here should you have any concern logging in through your browser.
Step 4: Click Confirm Payment to proceed. Not enough balance on your account? Learn through our Help Center article here on how to cash in.
Step 5: Verification steps such as Facial Recognition and verification codes may be required to finalize your payment.
If unable to receive, you may click the Need help? button at the bottom of the prompt, and check our Help Center article here for more help.
Step 6: And that's it! Your Payment Request has been completed. Click Check History to get the reference number and other details of your transaction.
