Understanding Verification Codes
Verification codes, also known as One-Time Passwords (OTPs), are essential for securing your Coins.ph account. These codes are sent to your registered mobile number, email address, or 2FA (two-factor authentication) authenticator app. They are required for, but not limited to:
- Logging into your account
- Changing account details
- Making transactions such as cashing out or buying load
Important Note: Verification codes are unique and valid for only 10 minutes. If you request a new code within this timeframe, the previous one will become invalid.
