Here are the quick steps to update the mobile number linked to your Coins.ph account:
On the Coins app
1. Log in to your Coins.ph app. Click the User icon on the upper left of the screen.
2. Click "Settings" at the bottom.
3. Select "Change mobile number."
Then indicate the number you want to link to your account. Kindly click Send on the SMS Verification Code section to receive the verification code on your new mobile number. (Note: Once required verification code is provided, the Next button will turn blue).
4. Proceed with Facial Recognition. This is a recent security feature to ensure it is indeed the account user requesting updates to their account details.
5. After a successful Facial Recognition procedure, kindly input the all the required verification codes under Security Check.
To receive the codes, click [Send] beside each required code to receive the OTP via your Email, Old number, and 2FA (if applicable). Kindly wait a few minutes to receive each code.
(Note: Once all required verification codes are provided, the Confirm button will turn blue).
6. Your mobile number is now updated!
To improve the security of your account, there may be a lock on withdrawals after a successful mobile number change. After the given period, all withdrawals will be available again.
Note: Kindly also make sure that your SIM card is already registered for a smooth experience with your account.
on the Coins website
1. Log in to Coins.ph on your web browser through our official login page (https://pro.coins.ph/en-ph/login/).
2. On the lower left corner of your browser, click the User icon and choose "Account Settings".
3. In the Account section, simply click "Change number" on the Mobile Number option.
Then enter your new mobile number. Kindly click Send code on the SMS Verification Code section to receive the verification code on your new mobile number. (Note: Once required verification code is provided, the Next button will turn blue).
