5. Provide Account Information: Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your account that you can no longer access. You must input the correct mobile or email connected to your account to proceed.

6. Update Your Details: Input your new active mobile number or email address. Ensure you have access to your phone/email ready, as you'll be receiving verification codes.
- Note: The Next button will activate once you enter the required verification code.
- Note: The SMS or Email verification code will be sent to the new mobile number or email address
7. Complete Verification Steps: Follow any additional verification steps such as 2FA or facial recognition for security purposes.
8. Access Your Account: Once verification is complete, your new account details will be registered. You can now log in using these updated credentials.

Withdrawals are temporarily locked for 24 hours after account updates to help protect your account from unauthorized activity. If you recently updated your account information, please try again after the 24-hour security period has ended. If you did not authorize the recent changes, kindly contact Support immediately.
