Coins.ph now supports Third-Party Login, allowing users to sign up or log in using their Apple account. This makes accessing your account faster and easier—no need to remember another password. With Apple's built-in security features, you can enjoy a smooth login experience while keeping your account safe and protected.

Linking your Apple Account

• Sign Up

1. Via the web browser. Go to https://www.coins.ph/en-ph/. Click Sign Up on the upper right-hand side of the page.
   

   Via the Coins.ph app. Click Sign Up on the upper left-hand side of the screen for the input page to show. 

   

    

2. Select Continue with Apple, and choose the Apple account that you would like to link.

3. Go through our usual account creation process.

   

4. Once verified, you will be redirected to the homepage.

* The email from the Apple account will also automatically be linked to your new Coins account.

** If you try to sign up using a Apple account that's already linked, it will automatically redirect you to the homepage.

• Log In

1. Via the web browser. Go to https://www.coins.ph/en-ph/. Click Log In on the upper right-hand side of the page.

2. Select Continue with Apple, and choose the Apple account that you would like to link.

   

3. Choose Link an existing Coins account and enter your registered email address or mobile number, then input your MPIN or password and complete the required multi-factor authentication.

4. Once verified, you will be redirected to the homepage.

* Linking an Apple account to a mobile-only or an email-only account does not link or change that email address on the account.

** An Apple account may only be linked to one account. 

• Unlinking / Linking from Account Settings

1. Via the web browser. From the homepage, navigate to the Account Management icon in the upper right-hand corner.

   

   Via the app: From the homepage, click on the upper left-hand corner to go to the Account Management/Settings screen.

   

2. Via the web browser: Click on Settings, then go to Account Connections.

3. Via the website: Users may proceed Linking or Unlinking their Apple Email from this section.

4. Once done, your Apple account should no longer be linked to your Coins Account.

5. Kindly note that you may link this again from the same setting. 

*Kindly note that if the Apple email is Private (having the following domain: privaterelay.appleid.com), this will need to be changed first before unlinking can happen.
