for Change Name requests
for Married name, Maiden name, minor misspelling of Full Name, or Legal Change of Name
1. Contact Suppor
- Use the Coins app, Chatbot widget, or the Coins Support Form.
- Select Concern Type: "Change Account Details" and choose "I need to update my name."
2. Response Time
- Expect a response from our team within 24 hours. You will be asked for necessary consent and additional details.
3. Provide Required Documentation
- You may need to submit a valid ID, or/ and supporting documents like a Marriage Certificate.
4. Completion Notification
- Once your request is processed and validated, you will receive a notification confirming that your account has been successfully updated.
- Logging out of your account may be required to see the changes on your app.
