for Change Name requests (Married name, Maiden name, minor misspelling of Full Name, or Legal Change of Name)
1. Contact us through the Coins app, Chatbot widget or Coins Support Form, and select the Concern Type "Change Account Details" and choose "I need to update my name".
2. Within 24 hours, our team will respond to your message. You will be asked to provide necessary consent and comply with the necessary details and processes.
You may be asked for your Valid ID (accepted ones are available here) and/or Documents supporting your request (e.g. Marriage Certificate).
3. Upon valid completion, you will be notified of your account having been successfully updated.
