Here are the quick steps you can follow to change the email address linked to your Coins.ph account:
On the Coins app
On the mobile app, you may log in and click the User icon on the upper left to reveal the details of your account.
Click on Settings, then you should see your options here:
Click on Email address.
Then indicate the email you want to change it to, and click Send on the Email Verification Code (New email) section.
Multiple verification codes will be required before a successful change of email address. Click [Send] beside each required code to receive the OTP via your New email address. If you can't receive a verification code, it would be best to wait for a few minutes before trying it again.
On the Coins website
Log in to Coins.ph on your web browser through our official login page (https://pro.coins.ph/en-ph/login/).
Then, on the lower left corner of your browser, click the User icon and choose Account Settings.
In the Account section, simply click "Change email" on the Email Address option.
Multiple verification codes will be required before a successful change of email address. Click [Send] beside each required code to receive the OTP via your Old email address and New email address. If you can't receive a verification code, it would be best to wait for a few minutes before trying it again.
