Your daily, monthly and annual transaction limits are tracked on a rolling basis. This means that your limits refresh according to the date you transact.
Your transaction limits will refresh on the following schedule:
Daily limit - refreshes 24 hours after making the specific transaction
Monthly limit - refreshes 30 days/720 hours after making the specific transaction
Annual limit - refreshes 365 days/8,760 hours after making the specific transaction
For example, you have a 100,000 PHP monthly cash in limit. You cashed in 20,000 PHP last May 1 which would give you 80,000 PHP remaining limit.
Then you cashed in again last May 5 amounting to 15,000 PHP which would give you 65,000 PHP remaining limit.
On June 1, (30 days after your transaction) your remaining monthly cash in limit will be 85,000 PHP because the 20,000 PHP you first cashed in has been refreshed.
Then on June 5, your limit will be back to 100,000 PHP.
Please note that your limits do not necessarily reset every start of the month but rather this depends on when your past transaction/s took place.
