To provide a secure and compliant trading environment, Coins.ph applies transaction limits based on your account's verification level. Upgrading your verification tier unlocks higher limits for deposits, withdrawals, and peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers.
Verification Levels Overview
Your account features and transaction caps depend directly on the level of verification you have completed:
-
Basic Verification

-

What Transactions Count Toward Your Limits?
It helps to know exactly which actions impact your limits so you can manage your daily volumes effectively:
-
Activities that affect Deposit (Cash In) limits:
Cashing in funds directly to your Peso wallet.
Receiving inbound payments into your Peso wallet from another Coins.ph account user.
-
Activities that affect Withdrawal (Cash Out) limits:
Cashing out or transferring funds from your wallet to an external bank account, e-wallet, or remittance center.
Sending out funds to another external Coins.ph wallet address.
Sending out crypto assets to an external blockchain wallet address.
-
What does NOT count toward limits:
Buying mobile load, paying utility bills, buying game credits, and internal cryptocurrency conversions (e.g., changing PHP to BTC) do not count toward your verification limits.
Note: Any transactions attempting to push beyond your active daily, monthly, or annual limits will fail to process.
