Common Rejection Reasons and Solutions
| Rejection Reason | What It Means & How to Fix It |
| L2 Verification Missing | You must complete Level 2 (ID & Selfie) identity verification before upgrading to Enhanced Verification. |
| Outdated Document | Source of Income documents must be dated within the last 3 months. Proof of Address documents must be dated within the last 6 months. |
| Unaccepted / Unofficial File Type | The document submitted is not on our accepted list, is password-protected, or is an unapproved screen capture. Upload a non-protected file (.JPG, .PNG, .PDF) or photo of the physical document. |
| Name or Relationship Mismatch | The name on the document doesn't match your L2 account name. If using a family member's document, you must upload a supporting document (e.g., PSA Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate) proving your relationship. |
| Address Issues (Incomplete, P.O. Box, or Mismatch) | The address must be a complete residential address (street, city, province, and postal code—no P.O. Boxes). It must appear on the document and match the exact address you typed into your app profile. |
| Blurry, Cropped, or Tampered File | The document is cut off, unreadable, altered, or missing necessary official stamps, seals, or signatures. Ensure all 4 corners are visible and details are clear. |
| Additional Documents Required | Our compliance team needs more context or a supplementary document to verify your source of income or address. Check your red prompt in the app for specific instructions. |
