Increasing your daily transaction limit by completing an ID & Selfie verification is easy!
On the Coins app
1. Clicking the User icon found on the top left of the app.
2. Choose Identity Verification from the options.
3. Choose the Identity Verification level you need to complete (Identity Verification or Enhanced Verification).
4. Send the necessary verification documents and details.
5. After submission, wait for our confirmation. Once confirmed, your daily transaction limit has increased!
On the Coins website
1. Open the Coins.ph website and log in.
2. Click on the Account icon in the lower left corner of your screen, then select Identity Verification.
3. From there, choose the Identity Verification level you need to complete (Identity Verification or Enhanced Verification).
Please note that it may take up to 3 days for our team to process your level 2 or level 3 verification.

Withdrawal limits are a combination of fiat (peso) and crypto limits. Any outgoing peso or crypto transactions will count towards withdrawal limits.
If you reach your withdrawal limits, you will have to wait for the amount to refresh based on your daily, monthly, and annual usage.
Identity Verification
To reach this level, you must complete ID & Selfie verification. To complete the verification, make sure to finish the ID and Facial Recognition steps.

2. Fill out the form with your details.
3. Submit the form and our team will review your request promptly.
