Received a "Duplicated account detected" message after submitting your ID & Selfie for Identity Verification? It's because our system detected an account with the same details as your current one.
As our User Agreement states that you are only allowed to have one verified account with us, you may proceed with any of the following options to avail of the full services Coins.ph has to offer for ID & Selfie verified accounts:
- Select the "Continue with New account" button if you would like to proceed with your current account. Please be advised that the old account provided on the message will be automatically deactivated, and remaining funds (if any) will be forfeited; or
- Select the "Login to Old account" button to access your old account with the email address provided on your screen. You will then be asked to login with your old credentials. You may contact us should you need help with regaining access to said old account.
