The Authentication Methods setting allows the user to manage on which account details (mobile number, email address and/or 2-factor authenticator app) to receive their verification codes.

If you encounter any of the following error messages while trying to switch an account detail OFF, please be advised that this is a measure to ensure that at least ONE authentication method is left enabled.

Kindly review the status of the following authentication methods to ensure at least ONE authentication is left switched ON/ enabled:
- Mobile Number,
- Email Address, and/or
- 2-factor Authenticator (2FA/TFA) App
