Here are the quick steps you can follow to change your email address:
Via Mobile App
On the mobile app, you may log in and click the User Icon on the upper left to reveal the details of your account. Click on Settings, then you should see your options here:
Click on Change email, then indicate the email you want to change it to.
Verification codes will be sent to your desired email address which you will need to be able to change your email address. Input the codes to confirm the change in email address.
To improve account security, there will be a 72-hour delay before your new email address will reflect on your account. After the said time window, all notifications regarding your account will be sent to the newly registered email.
Via Web Browser
On the web browser, open your Coins.ph account. On the upper-right corner of your browser, click the user icon, and choose Account Settings.
Under the Email category, simply click on “Change email” and enter your desired email address. Verification codes will be sent to your desired email address which you will need to be able to change your email address.
Open your email to view the verification code and go back to the Coins.ph page to input the verification code to confirm your request. For security purposes, kindly note that withdrawals are not allowed for 24 hours after your email address is updated.
