Since your Coins.ph account is personal and non-transferable, you are only allowed to have one verified account as stated in our User Agreement.
My old account is not ID and selfie verified
If your other account is not ID and selfie verified, there is no need to delete the other account. You can choose which account you would like to use permanently. Once you have chosen, you can proceed with verifying your ID and selfie. Here’s how to do it!
My other account is ID and selfie verified
If your other account is already ID and selfie verified, you would have to use said account as your information has already been provided and approved. Moreover, having your account verified allows you the capability of cashing out your funds.

On the other hand, if you are having problems logging in to your account due to the following reasons:
- Losing the sim card linked to your verified account;
- Losing access to the email address linked to your verified account; or
- Don’t remember whether your old account is ID or selfie verified.
