Making sure that your account information is up-to-date helps in keeping your account safe and ensures you always receive important reminders and advisories. This also allows you to continue enjoying our services without interruptions
How do I update my Coins account information?
If you receive a notification to update your account, simply prepare a valid government-issued ID (see full list of accepted IDs here) and follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the notification to submit information
Open your Coins app, and tap the notification to update your identity information.
You may also find the "Start Verification" prompt on the Identity Verification page of your account.
Step 2: Confirm your Personal Details
You will see your full name and birth date registered to your account. Carefully check that all details such as spelling and dates are updated and correct. If these are correct, click Confirm.
Step 3: Submit a photo of your updated valid ID
Kindly submit an updated valid ID should your personal details have been updated.
Please be advised that an updated valid ID may not be required should your ID not have an expiration date.
After you submit your valid ID, our team will review your submission within one (1) business day. You will receive an email and a notification in the app once your submission has been processed.
Once the review is complete, and accepted, you should be able to retain your verification level and account limits.
