1. Access Identity Verification:
- Open the Coins.ph app.
- Click on Submit Documents or Try Again under Identity Verification.
2. Choose a Document:
- Select a document that shows your current residential address from the provided list.
3. Upload Your Document:
- Click Upload Image to take a clear photo of your address document.
- Ensure that:The document was issued within the last 6 months.
4. Provide Additional Information:
- Answer questions regarding your monthly income and estimated transaction amounts.
- Select all banks where you currently have active accounts.
5. Upload Source of Income Document:
- Upload a document supporting your declared source of income from the provided list.
- Click the Submit button to proceed.
Processing Time
Once we have confirmed to you that you have complied with the correct requirements, our processing time of 8-15 business days will start. You will receive an email and a notification in the app once your submission has been processed, and that you are now Identity verified.
