Please be advised that this is an additional requirement to our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to make sure that your account information remains accurate, up-to-date, and secured. This is separate from your ID and Selfie submission, and Enhanced Verification submission.
If you receive a prompt in your Coins.ph app to provide a valid proof of address, we highly suggest that you comply as soon as convenient for you to be able to continue using our services.
Here are steps to follow to complete your Enhanced Verification:
1. Click Submit Documents or Try again under Identity Verification
2. Choose a document that shows your present residential address from the provided list .
3. Click Upload Image to take a photo of your address document. Some important reminders for your document to be accepted:
- The document must have been issued within the last 6 months to be accepted.
- Uploaded file must be clear.
- Valid IDs or non-address documents will not be accepted
Once uploaded, kindly click the Submit button below to proceed.
4. Answer the questions regarding your monthly income, estimated monthly transaction amount and volume.
5. Select all banks that you currently have active accounts with.
6. Upload a document supporting your declared source of income from the provided list. Once uploaded, kindly click the Submit button below to proceed.
And you are done!
Once we have confirmed to you that you have complied with the correct requirements, our processing time of 8-15 business days will start. You will receive an email and a notification in the app once your submission has been processed, and that you are now Identity verified.
