Enhanced Verification is an additional requirement to our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures as part of our customer due diligence. This is separate from your ID/selfie and address verification.
If you receive a prompt in your Coins.ph app to provide a valid proof of address, we highly suggest that you comply as soon as convenient for you to be able to continue using our services.
Here are steps to follow to complete your Enhanced Verification:
Step 1: Click Submit Documents under Identity Verification
Step 2: Choose a document that shows your present residential address
Step 3: Click Upload Image to take a photo of your address document.
Some important reminders for your document to be accepted:
1. The document must have been issued within the last 6 months to be accepted.
2. Uploaded file must be clear.
3. IDs or non-address documents will not be accepted
Step 4: Answer the questions regarding your monthly income, estimated monthly transaction amount and volume.
Step 5: Select all banks that you currently have accounts with.
Step 6: Upload a document supporting your declared source of income.
Once we have confirmed to you that you have complied with the correct requirements, our processing time of 8-15 business days will start. You will receive an email and a notification in the app once your submission has been processed.
