As an added security feature for your account, please allow a 72 hour processing time when adding or updating your Coins account’s email or number.
If you wish to cancel your pending change phone/email request, you may cancel it via Coins.ph app and website.
You can also cancel it through the email confirmation you received.
Simply click the "Stop Change" or "Cancel Update" button to proceed with the cancellation.
Please know that you will have to wait for another 72 hours if you requested a new email/phone change.
