Here are the quick steps you can follow to change the mobile number linked to your Coins.ph account:
Via Mobile App
Log in your Coins.ph mobile app. Click the User Icon on the upper left of the wallet screen. Click Settings at the bottom, then you should see your options here:
Click Change mobile number, then indicate the number you want to link to your account and click Verify phone number.
Verification codes will be sent to your desired mobile number which you will input to be able to change your mobile number. If you can't receive a verification code, it would be best to wait for 20 minutes before trying it again.
To improve the security of your account, there will be a 72-hour delay before your new mobile number will reflect on your account. After the said time window, all notifications regarding your account will be sent to the newly registered number.
Note: Kindly also make sure that your SIM card is already registered for a smooth experience with your account.
Via Web Browser
Log in to Coins.ph on your web browser through our official login page: https://app.coins.ph/welcome/login. Then, on the upper right corner of your browser, click the user icon and choose Account Settings.
Under Mobile, simply click Change mobile no., enter your desired mobile number, and click Update mobile number. Verification codes will be sent to your desired mobile number which you will input to be able to change your mobile number.
Then, copy the verification code received via SMS and input it on the Coins.ph page to confirm the change of your mobile number.
