Here are the quick steps you can follow to change the mobile number linked to your Coins.ph account:
On the web browser, log in to Coins.ph. On the upper-right corner of your browser, click the drop-down arrow beside your name, and choose Settings.
Under the General category of your Account Settings, you will find the options to change your account details such as your mobile number.
Simply click on “Change mobile” and enter your desired mobile number. Verification codes will be sent to your desired mobile number which you will input to be able to change your mobile number.
Then, copy the verification code received via SMS and input it on the Coins.ph page to confirm the change of your mobile number.
On the mobile app, you may log in and click the upper left button to reveal the sliding menu. Click on Settings, then you should see your options here:
Click on Change mobile number, then indicate the number you want to change it to.
Verification codes will be sent to your desired mobile number which you will input to be able to change your mobile number.
To improve the security of your account, there will be a delay before your new mobile number will reflect on your account. After the said time window, all notifications regarding your account will be sent to the newly registered number.
